I received two orders of these coasters. The first order was sticky all over, smudging, and staining my fingertips. I reached out to the seller who was so nice and quick to reply and she offered to send me a new set immediately and these are perfect! Not sticky at all, no smudging, and wrapped very securely. Both orders shipped very quickly. She also included the cutest little “bonus cat” in the remake order. Super friendly and helpful customer service.
